THE FINANCE & GIFT AID DEPARTMENT
The Finance Department manages the investments, cash and property assets of the Trust and its subsidiary funds.
The Department is responsible for managing all financial transactions between the Trust, its beneficiaries, donors, suppliers and staff.
There are four members of staff. They are the Financial Controller Philip Brennan and Accounting Assistants Jeffrey Lawson, John Rebello and Katie Howell.
The Gift Aid Department is responsible for processing and recording all donations received by the Trust and for ensuring the benefit of Gift Aid tax relief is maximised. Sue George is head of this department (middle), Isabel Kraay is the deputy manager with Jenny Cole completing the team. Working closely with the Fund-Raising Manager, Ray Collings, this department also supports Provincial and Lodge Charity Stewards throughout the duration of a Festival appeal.
Ray Collings is the Trust’s Fund-raising Manager. He assists Provinces in Festival Appeal to the Trust, arranges the Jewel design and approvals, attends fund raising and awareness events and manages the loan of the Trust’s exhibition stands and display items. Ray also looks after the Legacies, new fund-raising initiatives, public speaking engagements and our exhibition stands.
